Earth, Wind & Fire (en español: Tierra, Viento y Fuego), conocidos también como EWF, es un grupo musical estadounidense, formado en Chicago (Illinois) en 1970. Fue fundado por Maurice White. Utiliza varios géneros de música, una fusión de disco, R&B, funk con el jazz, soul, gospel, pop, blues, psicodelia, folk, música africana y rock and roll. Durante su carrera han sido 20 veces candidatos a los Grammy, ganando 6 premios. También obtuvieron su propia estrella en el Paseo de la Fama de Hollywood, junto a la del jamaicano Bob Marley.
Con ventas de más de 90 millones de discos, es una de las bandas más vendidas del mundo de todos los tiempos.
La banda fue fundada en Chicago por Maurice White en 1969, habiendo surgido de una banda anterior conocida como Salty Peppers. Otros miembros destacados de EWF han incluido a Philip Bailey, Verdine White, Ralph Johnson, Larry Dunn, Al McKay, Roland Bautista, Robert Brookins, Sonny Emory, Fred Ravel, Ronnie Laws, Sheldon Reynolds y Andrew Woolfolk.
