Description: One of the four panes of a stained glass window in Binton church, Warwickshire. It serves as a memorial to en:Robert Falcon Scott and his expedition. The window was paid for with public funds and unveiled in 1915.[1] The artists were Herbert George Ponting and the artists of Charles Eamer Kempe and Company.[2] This particular pane marks the erection of a cairn for Captain Scott, Doctor Wilson, and Lieutenant Bowers.[3] The window is in the public domain in both United States and the United Kingdom, as an unpublished piece of art whose authors have passed away more than 70 years ago.
