Descripción: About 500 people attended the annual Tax Cut Rally at the Minnesota state capitol building. The conservative protesters say they want lower taxes and smaller government. Tom Emmer, conservative radio show host and failed Republican gubenetorial candidate, spoke and introduced many of the speakers. Republican candidates hoping to run against Senator Amy Klobuchar in 2012 introduced themselves to the crowd. The event was mostly missing Minnesota Republicans that attended past events such as Amy Koch and Tony Sutton.
