Description: The north-northeast view from the roof of 15 Clark Street in the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City, including the Manhattan Bridge and the top of the Clocktower condominium building at 1 Main Street betwen Water and Plymouth Streets in the DUMBO neighborhood of Brooklyn. The Clocktower building, also known as the Walentas Building or Gair Building No. 7, dates from 1888 and was converted to condominiums in 1999. It was originally designed by William Higginson and was converted by Beyer Blinder Belle. The building and the other six in the original complex are some of the earliest concrete buildings in the U.S. Behind the clock is a 3,500 square foot triplex apartment, which was put up for sale in 2010 for $3.15 million.
