Descripción: Steam engine, Indian & Primrose Mills, Church A classic gear drive cross compound engine built in 1884 by Ashton Frost of Blackburn. It ran until 1981 and was removed 1984/5 to store in the open near Howarth Art Gallery. It is not certain how much of the engine survives now. The mill has been demolished.
