Descripción: 1:64 Hot Wheels "Color-Changer" although the photograph shows the main colour as a maroony-brown, and the two blue "over the roof" racing stripes are clearly visible, this is not easily discernable when the car is in its package, where it looks typically police black! The vehicle turns white with the two blue stripes when warmed! (and loses its police identity too!!
