The handwriting on the left is that of Cobb Morley and reads: Meeting 24th November 1863 Freemasons Tavern The minutes of the meeting held 17th Nov were read and confirmed. Letters from Mr Steward The Captain of Football at Shrewsbury School Lt H C Moore Mr Chambers and Mr J Bell The Secretary laid before the meeting the (illegible) which had been drawn up in (illegible) of the (illegible) at previous meetings which were as follows
