Descripción: These buildings on South Commons Road in Little Compton, Rhode Island are all part of the Little Compton Common Historic District. From right to left The Commons Restaurant at #48 was built c.1840 in the Simple Greek Revival style and has since been moderately altered. This commercial building with apartment above at #49 was built c.1900 C. R. Wilbur's Generall Merchandise Establishment at #50 was built c.1840 in the Simple Greek Revival style. It is still in operation.(source NRHP nomination form)
