Descripción: Joggins Fossil Cliffs, just below the Joggins Fossil Center, near Joggins, Nova Scotia. The rocks exposed in the cliff comprise continental sandstones and shales (and subordinate coal and bituminous limestone) of the uppermost portion of the Joggins-Formation (in the foreground, left and center) and the lowermost portion of the overlying Springhill Mines Formation (right, in the midground, towards the headland), Cumberland-Group, Pennsylvanian of the Cumberland Basin.
