Descripción: Also on the way to Ingapirca, we stopped at a family's farmhouse, and I saved their chicken. There chicken, who had recently given birth to several little chicks, was tied by her foot to a tree. The chicken had a fairly long leash but had gotten it stuck on a twig, and so the leash then only had a few inches. I rescued the poor chicken who was desperately tugging at her rope by tricking her into walking in circles backwards, until the rope was unwound from the branch. On that drive, we past a lot of cure baby pigs, sheep, and cows on the side of the road. We also saw a bunch of the cool, horned roaches in the picture.
