Descripción: Gai Pad Grapow, stir fry of chicken with basil and chilli, is a pretty classic Thai dish. Ghin Khao's version was full of sweet soy, crisp vegetables and lean strips of chicken breast. I think it could have done with more basil and definitely more chilli! The addition of a fried egg with a soft gooey yolk was definitely a plus!
