Descripción: What might be the flag of Kelley in Iowa. Based off of [1] and [2]. I have also emailed the town for confirmation this is the flag of Kelley, and I am waiting for a response. According to the post: "Inspired from Norway's flag, because the town was predominantly Norwegian when it was founded. The middle stripe represents the single road that has always the main way in and out of town. This two white stripes symbolize the railroad tracks it used to be. The start represents the city itself, which the road passes directly through the center."
