Descripción: The energy tied up in the molecular bonds is greater in the products than in the reactants. This is an endothermic reaction. There was an initial activation energy that was required for the reaction to commence but once that hurdle was overcome the reaction proceeded resulting in the product “C”. As the molecular bonds formed they absorbed heat energy. The resulting product has more bond energy than the reactants.
