Descripción: The drive through El Alto (the high) after you climb up from La Paz takes a while. The traffic is bad, and on that day there was a celebration of some kind so one of the lanes in the main road was closed for a parade. The views are interesting, so I didn't mind that we were barely moving. Nicer large. ISO 200, 56mm, f5.6, 1/400. Tonemapped using Photomatix details enhancer. Then used Nik Pro Contrast, Tonal Contrast and dodge and burn in PS.
