Jeffreys, Tom Potter, Tom Put NFC's description of the apple is: "A culinary and cider apple. Raised by Rev. Tom Putt, Rector of Trent, Somerset in the late 1700s. In use from September to November. Fruits have crisp, juicy, acid flesh. Cooks well. Produces a sharp cider."
