Descripción: Lunch is the Executive Menu at La Casona Hotel Boutique. The soup course is chairo, a traditional dish of the Aymara people particularly in the region of La Paz. It’s a vegetable and beef soup served here with a garnish of fresh mint chiffonade. For my main course I choose the grilled pork which comes with mashed potatoes, zucchini, and red bell pepper.
