Descripción: Kalasasaya (Kala = stone and sasaya = standing) the standing stones is the main feature of the Main Temple of Tiwanaku. It is made of impressive walls with huge monolithic columns of andesite or sandstone (many over 150 tons), and different sized stones between them.
