Descripción: The picture shows a traditional indian dish which is popular in bengal.It is commonly known as "pulao-mangsha"in bengali which means half-fried rice with mutton.The white portion is the fried rice made using basmati rice lightly fried in cow ghee with bay leaves and garam masala.Other vegetables such as carrot,beans,capsicums etc. are also added.The yellow dish is the mutton curry.It is usually consists of onion,garlic and green chilli paste fried in mustard oil along with bay leaves and garam masala.The white dish is misti doi(white curd with sugar) which is a very common bengali dish.All these are served with cucumber,lemon and salt in a banana leaf which is a traditional technique used to serve food.Though this dish is mainly of West Bengal but it is one of the most popular non veg Indian dish.
