Description: The CIA prepared a series of leaflets announcing bounties for those who turned in or denounced individual suspected of association with the Taliban or al Qaeda. Huge bounties were offered for Osama bin Laden, his senior lieutenants and the leadership cadre of the Taliban. Less well known is that $5000 bounties were offered for anyone bounty hunters asserted was a Taliban foot soldier. $5000 (some say $10000) bounties were offered for every foreigner turned in.
